Ahmed Dickinson Cardenas nominated to LUKAS 2011

 Ahmed Dickinson Cardenas has just been nominated for Musician of the Year Award in the very recently launched LUKAS (Latin-UK) Awards 2011. This is Britain's first collection of awards to recognise the contribution of the Latin American, Spanish and Portuguese communities to UK society. Results to be announced January 2012

Following a critically acclaimed recital at St Martin-in-the-Fields in the 2010/11 season with Santiago String Quartet, Cuban guitarist Ahmed Dickinson Cárdenas is promoting their new collaborative recording with music from Cuba and Latin America.
